Description

The MikroTik CRS510-8XS-2XQ-IN is a high-performance cloud router switch designed for data centers, enterprise networks, and high-bandwidth environments in Kenya. It features 8 × 25-Gigabit SFP28 ports and 2 × 100-Gigabit QSFP28 uplinks, delivering extremely fast fiber connectivity for servers, storage systems, and core switches. The switch is also backward compatible with 40G, 25G, 10G, and even 1G connections, allowing it to integrate easily with existing infrastructure while supporting future network upgrades.

Powered by the Marvell Prestera switch chip, the CRS510 provides high switching performance with support for VLANs, ACLs, MLAG, and jumbo frames, along with some Layer-3 hardware offloading capabilities. It includes dual hot-swap power supplies and multiple power input options including PoE-in, DC jack, and terminal input for improved reliability and uptime. With switching capacity approaching 800 Gbps, this switch is ideal for data centers, ISPs, enterprise networks, and high-performance server environments requiring ultra-fast connectivity.
