Description

The Netis NOG5802 GPON OLT is a carrier-grade optical line terminal designed for ISPs, enterprise campuses, FTTH deployments, and fiber broadband infrastructure requiring scalable GPON access and high-speed uplink connectivity. It is engineered to deliver reliable fiber access services for voice, video, and data transmission across modern optical networks.

The device is equipped with 2 GPON ports, 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and 2 high-speed 10GE SFP+ uplink slots, providing flexible integration into enterprise and ISP backbone networks. Its GPON architecture supports a maximum split ratio of 1:128 per GPON port, allowing connection of up to 256 ONUs/ONTs for large-scale FTTH deployments.

With a switching capacity of 51.5 Gbps and forwarding performance of 59.7 Mpps, the NOG5802 is optimized for high-bandwidth applications including IPTV, VoIP, cloud services, and broadband internet delivery. The device supports advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking functions such as VLAN segmentation, QoS traffic prioritization, ACL policies, static routing, RIP, and OSPF for enterprise-grade traffic management and network optimization.

The OLT supports standard OMCI management and compatibility with multiple ONU brands, enabling flexible deployment within mixed-vendor GPON environments. It also includes comprehensive management interfaces such as CLI, Web GUI, SNMP, Telnet, SSH, and FTP/TFTP support for centralized monitoring and administration.

Designed in a compact 1U rackmount chassis, the NOG5802 supports dual power supply configurations for improved reliability and uninterrupted operation in mission-critical ISP environments. Its low power consumption design and carrier-class stability make it suitable for continuous 24/7 deployment in data centers and telecom infrastructure.
