Description

The Signal Fire AI-6A+ Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer is a professional-grade tool designed for fast, accurate, and reliable fiber optic splicing. Its high-precision alignment system ensures ultra-low splice loss (~0.02dB typical), delivering stable and high-performance fiber connections.

Equipped with a high-resolution color LCD, the AI-6A+ allows users to monitor splicing in real-time and access intuitive menus for quick operation. Splicing a single fiber takes approximately 7 seconds, and heating protective sleeves requires just 15 seconds, maximizing efficiency in field installations.

This fusion splicer is compatible with single-mode and multimode fibers, covering a fiber diameter range of 125μm with coatings from 250μm to 900μm. The rechargeable Li-ion battery ensures extended field usage, and its lightweight, compact design makes it ideal for telecom professionals, FTTx deployment, and ISP network maintenance.

The Signal Fire AI-6A+ also features a durable electrode capable of performing up to 5,000 splices, ensuring longevity and minimal maintenance. Its rugged build allows it to operate reliably in both indoor and outdoor environments, providing a perfect balance of portability, efficiency, and precision.
