The Signal Fire AI-30 Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer is a high-performance and compact splicing solution designed for fiber optic technicians, ISPs, and FTTx network installations. Built with advanced core-to-core alignment technology, it delivers high-precision splicing with minimal loss, ensuring optimal network performance and reliability.

With a fast splicing time of approximately 6–8 seconds and a heating time of 15–20 seconds, the AI-30 significantly improves efficiency, allowing technicians to complete installations and repairs quickly. It supports a wide range of fiber types, including single-mode (SM), multimode (MM), dispersion-shifted (DS), and non-zero dispersion-shifted (NZDS) fibers, making it versatile for various applications.

The device features a bright, high-resolution display that provides clear visuals for alignment and operation, even in outdoor environments. Its intuitive interface and automatic functions make it easy to use for both beginners and experienced technicians, reducing setup time and improving workflow.

Powered by a high-capacity rechargeable battery, the AI-30 can perform up to 200 splices on a single charge, making it ideal for fieldwork and remote installations. Its rugged design ensures durability, with resistance to dust, shock, and harsh environmental conditions.
